My name is Kimberly Craig

I started Pilates without having ever heard of it before! It changed how I felt & how I moved & I wanted to share it with everyone. I became a Certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor in 2002, & then a Master Classical Pilates Teacher in 2022.

From private sessions to group classes (both small group & Joe's Gyms) to working on your own, find the Pilates practice that works best for you!

Your own session one-on-one with Kimberly, personalized just for you!

Small group (instructor-led) or Joe's Gym (you lead yourself through a workout with corrections from Kimberly)
